WHY BUY PRELOVED?
The clothing industry is incredibly wasteful. The average Canadian throws away 81 POUNDS of textiles each year! As babies & toddlers grow so quickly, second-hand clothing is often in like-new or pristine condition. In addition to keeping waste out of our landfills, by choosing to buy pre-loved, you’re also saving a lot of money.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
‘Pre-loved’ means some items may have small imperfections or flaws. Each item is carefully inspected & fairly priced based on condition. We believe in honest transparency & will make note of any imperfections in the listing. That said, from time to time, there may be small imperfections that our eyes have missed.
All sales are final, and we are unable to honor requests for refunds or exchanges, however if something is not quite as you expected, please send us a message & we’ll do our very best to make it right.

WHAT DO YOUR CODES MEAN?
You will notice in the description of each item, we add a code along with the item details. This is to quickly let you know the condition of the item. Our coding shorthand is as follows:
BNWT - Brand New With Tags
BNWOT - Brand New Without Tags
EUC - Excellent Used Condition
VVGUC - Very Very Good Used Condition
VGUC - Very Good Used Condition
GUC - Good Used Condition

HOW WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
We offer local YYC pick up! We are located in SE Calgary in the community of New Brighton. We utilize a bin system for contactless pick-up. Items will be packaged in a bag labelled with your name & placed in the video monitored bin in advance of your prearranged pickup time. Our bin is available 7am-9pm Monday-Friday & 10am-9pm Saturday & Sunday.
We offer flat rate shipping @ a charge of $18.00 anywhere in Canada & are currently offering free shipping on orders over $150.00
